LeojraLabs

We build enterprise-standard systems for companies that care about getting the foundations right. One or two clients at a time.

Principle one

Understand the business
before the code.

Don't get us wrong, we love writing code. But seeing our software help scale your business and solve your problems? That goes deeper.

Principle two

Restraint
over hype.

Not everything needs AI... We don't adopt a technology because it's new; we adopt it because it works.

Principle three

Think ahead
by design.

Businesses change, mistakes happen, and questions come later. We think ahead about the details people often forget, like accidental deletes, and audit trails.

Cloud platform and engineering foundation

2023 – present · UK logistics freight forwarder
Outcomes+20% daily active users · −80% freight-status enquiriesNew environments from ~1.5 weeks to under 3 hours

Our first client — a UK freight forwarder — and a partnership running since 2023, first in-house, now as their independent software partner. We built the customer-facing tracking platform, then established the whole platform on AWS: a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo across three products, Terraform-provisioned environments, CI/CD on ECS Fargate, and automated reporting on Lambda and Step Functions, with Cloudflare Zero Trust and OIDC at the edge.

Real-time AI voice console

2025 · Conversational-AI startup
OutcomesShipped solo, end-to-end, in three months

Brought in to cover a short-staffed team. Owned the frontend end-to-end — a console streaming real-time multilingual AI voice transcripts and intent events over WebSocket — from Figma to production in a three-month engagement.

Step one

Understand

We embed and learn your field before proposing anything, so we solve your real problem, not a generic one.

In practice

On the logistics platform, that meant learning freight forwarding first — how an order moves, where it stalls, who is waiting on it.

Step two

Map the edges

We find the cancellations, returns, and failure modes before building, and flag the designs that would box you in later.

In practice

What happens when an order is cancelled mid-delivery, or a customer returns a shipment? We mapped those before they could become production incidents.

Step three

Build it to last

Production-grade, not just deployed — and handed over as yours to own, not a black box you depend on us for.

In practice

Structured logging, audit trails, and idempotency from day one, so it stays traceable when something breaks, right-sized for a small team.

Step four

Translate and look ahead

Plain language between your team and the build, plus the opportunities you didn't ask for.

In practice

We proposed a paid API subscription and automated order flagging — revenue and operations work nobody briefed us on.

Building the Leojra Kit — a full-stack starter kit for solo founders who want enterprise-standard infrastructure from day one. Structured logging, audit trails, transactional email, authentication, observability. All based on published engineering patterns from companies operating at scale.
